These Terms & Conditions govern your use of api67 and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and api67. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use api67. Indonesian residents must meet this minimum legal age. Age verification is mandatory during account setup.
Each individual may hold only one api67 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited pending review.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are supported. Withdrawals must return to the same account used for deposit.
All bonus offers carry wagering requirements. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period. Failure to meet requirements will result in bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Any form of cheating, collusion, arbitrage abuse, or use of automated betting software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with api67, you must, at all times:
api67 reserves the right to request proof of any of the above conditions at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated.
To access the full range of services on api67, you must register for an Account. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
3.1 Registration Requirements
During registration, you must provide a valid mobile phone number, an active email address, a chosen password, and your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification. You will subsequently be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) and a live selfie photograph.
3.2 Single Account Rule
Each individual User may register and maintain only one Account on api67. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods to obscure the connection — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified, api67 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold or confiscate any balances pending a full investigation.
3.3 Account Currency
All Accounts on api67 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are all processed and displayed in IDR. api67 does not operate multi-currency Accounts.
3.4 Account Accuracy
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Any change to your registered name, contact details, or bank account information must be promptly communicated to api67 via our support team and may be subject to re-verification. api67 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
api67 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, you should treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately to [email protected].
You must notify api67 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your login credentials. api67 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
api67 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. api67 does not impose a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.1 Deposit Processing
Bank transfers are typically credited to your api67 Account within five (5) minutes of successful bank confirmation during normal operating hours. E-wallet deposits (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly in most cases. api67 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or payment service provider.
5.2 Deposit Limits
Users may set voluntary deposit limits on their Accounts via the Responsible Gaming controls at any time. Where api67 has imposed mandatory deposit limits for compliance or risk-management purposes, those limits override any voluntary settings. api67 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits without prior notice.
5.3 Source of Funds
You warrant that all funds deposited into your api67 Account are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. api67 may request evidence of the source of any deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.
5.4 Prohibited Deposit Methods
api67 does not accept deposits made via credit cards, cryptocurrency, cheques, money orders, or any payment method not explicitly listed as supported on the Platform. Attempted deposits via unsupported methods will be refused and returned to the sender where technically feasible.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with the api67 support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, subject to api67's internal risk-management policies and KYC status.
6.1 Processing Times
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed on the next available business window. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.
6.2 KYC Verification Requirement
Withdrawals will not be processed until an Account has completed full KYC verification, including submission and approval of a valid KTP and selfie photograph. api67 strongly recommends completing KYC verification immediately after registration to avoid delays when requesting your first withdrawal.
6.3 Wagering Requirements on Withdrawals
Where an Account holds active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements, those Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Real-money Balance and winnings earned exclusively from real-money bets (with no active bonus) are freely withdrawable subject to the KYC and minimum withdrawal conditions above.
6.4 Withdrawal Refusal
api67 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where: (a) there is a suspected breach of these Terms; (b) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed; (c) there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; or (d) a chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated by the User on a prior deposit.
api67 offers a range of promotional bonuses including a welcome bonus, daily deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spin packs, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this Clause.
7.1 Wagering Requirements
Every bonus issued by api67 carries a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30×"). A 30× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must place a total of Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying game types, and expiry period are stated on each individual bonus offer.
7.2 Bonus Validity
Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus expiry date. Unclaimed bonuses, expired bonuses, and bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will be voided along with any associated winnings.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time
Only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any time unless api67 explicitly permits the simultaneous use of multiple offers in the individual promotion terms.
7.4 Bonus Abuse
api67 does not tolerate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; placing offsetting bets across accounts; using systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the Platform's games. Where bonus abuse is identified, api67 will void the relevant bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and may close the Account.
7.5 Promotion Modification
api67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already activated and in the process of being wagered in good faith.
All bets placed on api67 are subject to the general betting rules set out here and to the specific rules for each sport, market, or game type published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules take precedence.
8.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is only accepted and binding when it has been confirmed by api67's system and a bet reference number has been issued to the User. A bet that has not been confirmed is not binding on either party. api67 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet where a system error, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake has occurred.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on each market and may vary by sport, event, market type, and Account history. api67 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts or markets without prior notice.
8.3 Void Bets
api67 may void a bet where: (a) the event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within the stated rescheduling window; (b) there is a manifest error in the odds displayed; (c) a bet was placed after an event's official result has been determined; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
8.4 Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Rules
Mix parlay bets (multi-leg accumulators combining two or more independent selections) are settled based on the combined decimal odds of all legs. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining legs. If all remaining legs win, the bet is settled on the adjusted odds. If any non-voided leg loses, the entire accumulator is lost.

All content on the api67 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and page layouts — is the property of api67 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, republish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the api67 Platform without prior written consent from api67.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, api67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
api67's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
api67 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. api67 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
13.1 Termination by User
You may close your Account at any time by contacting api67's support team. Upon account closure request, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
13.2 Termination by api67
api67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a material breach of these Terms; (b) api67 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) continued operation of the Account would expose api67 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Upon termination for cause, api67 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any Account Balance pending investigation. If no fault is subsequently established on the User's part, the Balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which api67 holds its primary operating licence. To the extent permitted by applicable law, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through amicable negotiation or mediation.
Nothing in this Clause limits api67's rights to seek emergency injunctive or interim relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
api67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, api67 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
